End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between AIR817 and the user of the AIR817 software platform.

1. License Grant
AIR817 grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the AIR817 platform for business purposes.

2. Permitted Use
Users may use the software for project management, bidding, subcontractor management, and related construction management activities.

3. Restrictions
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell the AIR817 platform without written permission.

4. Data
Users retain ownership of their data entered into the AIR817 platform. AIR817 may store and process data solely to provide services.

5. Third-Party Integrations
AIR817 integrates with third-party services including QuickBooks. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

6. Limitation of Liability
AIR817 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.

7. Termination
AIR817 may terminate access if users violate this agreement.

8. Updates
AIR817 may update or modify the platform at any time.

9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
